Terms of Use

Sewasy Cars is an online marketplace operated by Sewasy. Private hosts and rental companies (providers) publish car listings; renters search them and send rental requests.

• Sewasy Cars is not a party to any rental between a renter and a provider.
• Sewasy Cars does not take bookings, collect payments or deposits, sell insurance or issue rental agreements.
• A request accepted by a provider is not a binding booking. A rental exists only when the renter and provider agree it between themselves.

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to your email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Sewasy Cars accounts are separate from sewasy.com accounts.

We may suspend accounts or remove listings that break these terms or the Marketplace Rules, or that put users at risk.

• Only list cars you are entitled to rent out, and comply with the laws that apply to you, including any licensing, insurance and road tax requirements.
• Listings must be accurate: real photos of the actual car, the advertised price and the terms you will actually apply.
• You decide whether to accept a request. Keep your availability up to date.
• Listing is free during the launch period. If this changes, we will tell providers in advance — listings will not be charged retroactively.

• Check the car, the rental agreement, insurance cover and the provider's requirements before you drive or pay.
• Send requests only when you genuinely intend to rent, and give accurate contact details.

Listing information comes from providers. We review new listings before they appear, but we don't guarantee that a listing is accurate, that a car is available, or that a provider will accept a request.

"Identity verified" means Sewasy reviewed the provider's identity under our process. It does not verify vehicle ownership, company registration, licences, insurance, road tax or the condition of a car.

To the extent permitted by law, Sewasy is not liable for the conduct of renters or providers, for rentals agreed between them, or for losses arising from the use of a car. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer protection law.
