How listing works

• Make, model, variant, year, transmission, fuel type, seats and doors.
• Your daily price in ringgit, any refundable deposit and extra fees (delivery, airport pickup).
• Your mileage policy and minimum rental period.
• The pickup area (never your home address) and whether you can deliver.
• Your requirements for renters, such as minimum age and driving licence.
• At least three real photos of this car — including one exterior and one interior.

Every new listing is reviewed by Sewasy Cars before it appears in search. We check that the listing is complete, the photos show a real car and the information is clear. Review doesn't verify ownership, licences, insurance or the car's condition.

If a listing isn't approved, you'll see the reason in your dashboard and can edit and resubmit it.

   You receive a request

   With the renter's dates, pickup preference, name, phone and message.

   Accept or decline

   Accepting shares your phone number with the renter. Declining lets them look elsewhere quickly.

   Agree the rental directly

   Confirm the price, documents, insurance, deposit and handover with the renter. Sewasy Cars doesn't collect payments or issue contracts.

• Press "Still available" in your dashboard at least once a week. Cars show "Availability updated recently" for 3 days after a confirmation.
• Cars not confirmed for 30 days are hidden from search until you confirm them again.
• Block dates when the car is booked elsewhere, so it doesn't appear for those dates.
• Pause a car or mark it unavailable at any time.

You can ask Sewasy to review your identity from your provider profile. If approved, your listings show "Identity verified". It means Sewasy reviewed who you are according to our process — it does not verify vehicle ownership, company registration, licences, insurance, road tax or the car's condition.

• Only list cars you are entitled to rent out, and follow the laws that apply to you.
• Keep insurance, road tax and any required licences in order — Sewasy Cars doesn't provide or check them.
• Use real photos and accurate prices. Don't ask renters to pay before they have seen the car.
